The hospital has always been pleasant, helpful and efficient. Mr Yewlett and his team were excellent but over many years the a hospital has always been there for the people.
A great asset to the town.
Accident and Emergency staff were friendly and helpful
Follow up procedures were quick with equally friendly helpful staff especially Mr Yewlett and the nurses working with him.
X ray helpful staff
The care I received during my stay following emergency surgery following a fall was exceptional in every step of my stay; A&E, Radiography. Theatre, High Dependancy Unit and Ward 2. I was treated with respect and dignity, cared for by kind, empathetic and excellent nursing staff and also by the ward housekeeping, radiography and phlebotomist. Grantham Hospital does not get the accolades it deserves. Thank you to all
Great hospital, easy to park, friendly staff. A gem in Lincolnshire!
Excellent care in a most friendly way the staff were brilliant.
Fast service and kind staff. Very good.
Thanks.
Treated O.K.
Sent to Grantham with my severally disabled son with a rash by 111 they said to arrive within an hour.
Only to be told there is an hr's wait. Not happy if there is any wrong with my little boy time would be the key and no appointment is not acceptable.
It was very good that I got an appointment on Boxing Day withing an hour of ring!
One complaint. At the reception area you have to speak through it too high up and too small. I had difficulties hearing the receptionist and he stressed to hear me.
